Rating: - Boys 4, 6, and 8 are addicted.
Everything has become Star Wars at our house lately. My four year old even wears a glove so he can have a black hand. Hmmm. Cute game, not too violent, and at least as far as my sons are concerned- the best thing on earth. They quickly do chores, reading, homework, and sports practice to earn playing time.
Rating: - Another great review for a great game
I very rarely write reviews, and it hardly seems necessary for this game. however, my kids - girl 9 and boy 5 as well as myself - mom 36 simply love this game. As a matter of fact I have to "ground" us from the game occasionally or we would play too much. It is clean fun, cute and appropriate for little ones. No dying and having to do a long level over again. You simply come back to life instantly and keep going. My 5 year old can easily play by himself, yet it is still fun enough for adults. It follows the movie exactly and you get to play all characters. Two people can play together which is the funnest part. If we could only have one game from our Gamecube, Xbox, or Playstation it would be this game. (Although we haven't played Lego Star Wars II yet... hehe)
Rating: - Lego Star Wars
Eventhough the order came from a third party it was easily tracked and the delivery was very timely.
Rating: - Boring.
I gave Lego Star Wars a good long try when my brother got it for Christmas. He says he loves it. The person that gave it to him says he loves it. I was almost bored to tears. Though I liked playing in multiplayer mode with my brother, the game itself was nothing more that slashing everything and collecting random lego parts. Just like regular Legos, I wish it was more fun than it actually is.
Rating: - Nice
Too bad Nintendo is no longer making games for the Gamecube forcing everyone to buy the Wii. These games are every bit as entertaining.
