Product Description:
You are the "Secret Apprentice" to Darth Vader in Star Wars -The Force Unleashed. You'll help him in his villainous quest to rid the universe of Jedi. You will hunt the Jedis across the galaxy, from the Wookiee homeworld of Kashyyyk to the junkyard planet Raxus Prime and the mushroom-covered Felucia. You will be aided by your loyal sidekick PROXY - a prototype holodroid with amazing abilities, and a beautiful Imperial pilot named Juno Eclipse. You will clash with powerful Force wielders, including the spirited Zabrak warrior Maris Brood, and General Rahm Kota, a hard-boiled Jedi soldier who senses that you are destined to become something far greater than just Darth Vader's servant. New revelations about the Star Wars galaxy are unveiled in this expansive story, created under direction from George Lucas. It is set during the era between Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - SUPER
Star Wars: the force unleashed.. was the game I bought for my son, he like soo much and play inmediatly, Super is the word that describe the game..

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Could have been better!
Could have been better, then I suppose most games would fall under that category! Its a good star wars themed combat game with enough variety to keep you interested. Probably not one you would play all the way through a second time however. But every star wars nut should at least take a look.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - fun but too short not worth 35.00
i bought it because it looked fun. it was
pros: good storyline, hard bosses, new characters and storyline.

cons: too expensive, too short (beat in 1 day with having to go to school) poor graphics, no WIFI, no ds download, dumb controls,

its a fun game but i would try too borrow it instead of buying, got it at freddies for 35.00 dollars and it has little replay value and the storyline is wayyyyyyyy too short.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Disappointing
The eagerly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is a flawed game to be sure, but it delivered a majority of the goods that Star Wars fans had been hoping for when it hit home consoles. The DS version of Force Unleashed however doesn't retain too much of the console version's feelings of freedom, and the game feels very linear and even somewhat sloppilly designed. The DS version retains the spectacular story found in the console versions, as you play as Darth Vader's apprentice Starkiller and trek across the galaxy. The implemention of the Force powers here are nicely done on the surface, but they're too limited in their usage. This shouldn't be too much of a problem though in getting through the game, considering that it's incredibly easy and quite short to boot. From a technical standpoint the game fails to fully take advantage of what the DS can do, with some blurry and fuzzy graphics and disappointing sound design as well. Still though, there is a little bit of fun to be had with Force Unleashed on the DS, but for the most part, the game is only worth playing for die-hard Star Wars fans looking for a quick, portable excursion.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Best Game Yet for the DS
Too many people are comparing the DS version to the Xbox 360 or PS3 version. You can't do that and be unbiased. There is no way the game can be rendered or played the same way on the DS as it is on the stationary console systems. I own it for both DS and 360 and it's a great game for both. But I think as far as DS games goes it really shines. Beautifully rendered graphics for the DS, excellent sound, and a wonderful storyline. If you're a DS buff like myself and enjoy portable games more than console games this is a must own for your favorite pocket pal.
