perfect for holding animal crossing and it can hold my SSBM too. now what could be better than a memoey card that can hold about 40 diffrent game titles in one card. I suggest that all you serious gamers BUY IT NOW youll be happy you did! heck it may just be the best $...you ever spent!

Well hears the deal there is nothing wrong with the memory card and there is not much to say because it's not third party so of course it is gonna work. But unless you're a game freak, you won't use memory card 59 all up. You can if you play madden nfl 2003 or something like that but memory card 251=16 MB which is higher than PS2 memory cards. Wierd huh? PS2 memory cards are bigger, the Sony kinds, and gamecubes memory card is smaller and stores more data. It might be because sony wants money or gamecube has compressed data. Anyways I suggest you to buy it if you play alot and have games that require a lot of memory! :-)

This is the only card you will need for your 'Cube. The only question is why didn't Nintendo release this at launch rather than a few months later? I'm sure that at least 75% of people that bought one of these Memory Card 251's have a now unused Memory Card 59 collecting dust somewhere. Think the big N is doing you a favor packing in a Memory Card 59 with Animal Crossing? That's stock of Memory Card 59's they can't get rid of. However, what it comes down to is this is something you NEED to have any enjoyment of your 'Cube, if you don't have one, you need to pick one up... you could always use your old Memory Card 59 as a pin.
...still don't know why so many reviewers like to run their memory cards through the washer and dryer multiple times...
...oh, and if your local electronics store is out of cards, Nintendo will send them more via UPS/FedEx when their stock drops below the order number, bearing that the sales clerks are keeping their stock counts correct on a weekly basis. This is the same with all video game accessories, and games to a certian extent.

This is the perfect add-on for all of you that own a game where you can add custom items. E.G.: Super Smash, Tony Hawk, etc. With 251 blocks, you can fit anything and you are extremely unlikely to run out of room, unless you own 40 or so games.
