The 251 memory card is such a great deal! It costs more than the 59 but it is absolutely worth it. The card will last a long time and you probably won't need to buy another card. If you own a gamecube and need a memory card, buy the 251. It is a must have.

When you first bought your GameCube,you might've got a Memory Card 59 with it.
ONE MONTH LATER...
You drive out to the nearest [store] to buy a new memory card.But,you see an black memory card labeled,"Memory Card 251".The Memory Card 251 holds four times the amount of memory than the 59,yet it costs just a few bucks more.
Nintendo has answered customer complaints by releasing the Memory Card 251.The 251 is essential for sports games,which usually eat up memory.Also,if you own "Animal Crossing",you need this because Animal Crossing takes about 58 blocks (even more if you have multiple players living in a single town).

Kinda a Drag that it is so big, that you never use all the space, but definitly better than the 51.

This is a very good memory card. Its reliable and always does its job. Plus its four times more space for only two times more dough. For those of you who are thinking of buying a GameCube (good little you), YOU DO NEED THIS TO SAVE YOUR GAME. So you'll need to grab this or a Memory Card 59. Don't buy third-party cards, only get this or the 59 block version from Nintendo. I had one and it deleted my saves every time it felt like it. Don't make my mistake.

This is a great card! For only 5-10 more $ than memory card 59 it holds more than 4 times as much!! I would only trust nintendo memory cards. I have had two 59s and a 251 since christmas and they have never failed and i have never had a problem with any of them! They are great cards and for only a few more dollars than the other brands they work better! Hope I helped!!!
