Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome Sequel!
This is a classic sequel that has the greatness of the original, it's now on "Gamecube" for you Gamecube player's enjoyment.

The story is set two months after the Incident in the mansion somewhere in Raccoon City, a girl named "Claire Redfield" hits town and discovers that the city is infested with Zombies, mutants and other nameless horrors abound, she then joins up with a rookie cop named " Leon Kennedy" to survive and escape the city.

Really gory yet action packed game that uses zapping methoids that allow you to play as either Leon or Claire to see their different sides of their stories, a must play game.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Not the best RE2 version...
This is not the best RE2 version as I was expecting it to be.
It's an exact port of the inferior PSX dual shock version. The
only thing changed is the title screen voice, it now sounds like the voice from the RE0 title screen. For some reason the ex-
files that linked the whole series together on the N64 version are now missing. I was really turned down by this RE port because It could of been better. After playing the GC port I still think the N64 version is the best but if you have never

played RE2 than I recomend you rent this one.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Not a review... a rant
This game as well as RE3 for GC are STRAIGHT ports from the older games. The graphics and resolutions have been cleaned up some but there is NO new content like in the RE1 remake. Capcom first announced these games with a price of $.. and now they want people to pay double that for games that have nothing new and are several years old. I love the RE series and really want to have the complete set for GC but I can't justify paying nearly full price for straight ports. My advice is wait till these games come down in price.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - just a port
First off, if you are hoping for better graphics, then you will be disappointed. The graphics are exactly the same as the PSone version. Other than that, this is a great game and any true resident evil fan (like myself) should get this. If you haven't played the PSone version and own a gamecube, then you should try the entire series also.
