You need to sidewalk next to the truck with the lights on. There you will
find a small box with batarangs. After that a cinema of joker carrying
little Toby will appear. You have to chase him by throwing your hook
to the bridge, then you'll fight some guys and you'll find joker at the
top with a demolition machine. You have to avoid the big demolition ball
and shoot it with the batarang until the joker falls.
